27.06. (Wednesday) Registration of the participants in the foyer of hotel "Aqua Azur" – from 14:00 till 20:00
28.06. (Thursday) Registration of the participants in the foyer of hotel "Aqua Azur" – from 09:00 till 10:00. Opening of the conference. Plenary and section sessions. Poster session. Welcome party.
29.06. (Friday) Section sessions. Closing of the conference.

ENTRY TO BULGARIA

Participants from the European Union coming to Bulgaria need an identity document.
Participants from other countries require an entry visa.
Participants are recommended to contact the Bulgarian Embassy (you can find them on: http://www.mfa.bg/en/) or Consulate in their own country for information on visa requirements. If an official letter of invitation is requested, please contact the Conference Secretariat in due time (before the registration deadline). We kindly ask you to send us the full names of the participants and their accompanying persons, who would like to receive an invitation for a visa and the exact post address on which you would like to receive it by post.
