SCIENTIFIC PROGRAMME

Plenary Session
Papers presenting general problems and/or generalizing information about the sector and the sub-sectors and about the development and scientific achievements in them. Company papers and presentations.

Section sessions
Authors’ papers having scientific value, which could be personally reported in the Conference by the authors. For their presentation up to 15 minutes are given for each paper in the section sessions organized for each of the topics. The papers are visualized by means of multimedia.

Poster Session
Papers enabling a better quality presentation when in graphic form, and papers of scientists who can not take part personally in the conference. Papers that are not presented neither in a sectional nor in a poster session will not be published in the Conference Journal.

Workshop entitled:
“Operation  Exploitation, Repair, Overhaul and Maintenance. Service Attendance.Accessories”
Ordered and author’s papers, company presentations. Exhibition of equipment, materials, accessories and other means of service attendance.

Official languages of trans&MOTAUTO'10: Bulgarian, English, Russian.

PAPERS
The papers which will be presented in the sessions and Workshop should comply with the Conference topics. Only papers approved by reviewers and meeting, by their forming, the text and graphical instructions and also made public at the section or poster sessions or at the Workshop  will be published.
Papers in Russian or English in .doc format should be sent up to 10.05.2010 by e-mail together with FORM “A or with the accompanying online registration. The paper file name should contain your name and a reference “t-m10”. Example: smith.t-m10.doc.
Application form “A” will be registered on the Conference Internet site, in “Submitted papers rubric and the paper itself will receive a registration number. The operation of the Organizing Committee will be well facilitated, if in the further correspondence this registration number will be referred to and the files sent by you will begin with this number. Example: 131-smith.t-m10.doc.
The poster paper should be performed in accordance with the graphical and text requirements for the forming of poster papers or performed in the way exceeding these requirements.
If the author only takes part “by correspondence” in the Conference, he/she should send the paper through e-mail in the form of the poster version up to 20.06.2010, so that it would make public for the Conference participants. The organizers engage themselves to print it in A1 size and to exhibit it.
All instructions concerning the papers can be found on the Internet site of the Conference http://mech-ing.com/trans-motauto/Eng/papers.html. From there the heading page with the emblem printed trans&MOTAUTO'10 could be downloaded. To facilitate the authors, the title fonts and their place  are marked in such way that when you type your title, it will have the font needed and will be in the place needed.

PUBLICATIONS
All papers included in the programme of the conference will be published in an autonomous issue of the International Virtual Journal for Science, Technology and Innovation "Machines, Technologies, Materials"(ISSN 1313-0226).
The Journal is created in virtual form and is presented on the site of Scientific-Technical  Union of Mechanical Engineering http://www.mech-ing.com/journal and it is even more accessible as it is included in the virtual library of the  Central Research and Technical Library in Bulgaria.
The Journal is distributed also on CD and in paper version – in A4 size with colour figures and diagrams printed.
The printed version of the Journal is placed at the disposal of National Library. St.St. Cyril and Methodius, Central Research and Technical Library and the libraries of the technical universities in Bulgaria.
