Instructions for forming the papers
The papers which will be presented in the sessions have to correspond to the topics of the conference. It will be presented and published only papers submitted by reviewers and correspond to the forms of the graphical and text instructions which have become a public property in the sectional or poster sessions.
Please send us the papers in format *.doc up to 30.06.2009 by email together with the Application form for participation /Form A/ or with accompanying online registration. The name of the file of your paper has to include author’s name and the word “tm09” /Example: “ivanov.tm09.doc”/.
Your Application form for participation “A” will be registered on internet site of the Conference in the “Submitted papers” section and your paper will get a registration number. It will be a great relief for the work of the Organizing Committee if you include this number in the future correspondence as a beginning of the file’s name of the paper /Example: 137.ivanov.tm09.doc/.

Graphical
For easier forming of the papers corresponding to the requirements of the Organizing Committee, except the text and graphical instructions, we attach also “1st page form” /formuliar pyrva stranica.doc/, which you may use to prepare Your paper according to the given fonts and scheme, provided in the instruction. After opening the file, mark the example title of the paper and write in Your title. In this way You will save the font and its size according to the requirements for preparing the papers. If You meet any difficulties with translating the title in English, please leave this place blank and we will write it down for You. Please, consider this option as an exception.
We will proceed in the same way with titles in other languages, the names of the authors, their email addresses, universities and the paper itself.
