Instructions for forming the poster papers
The poster presentation of papers is used mainly when the authors can’t present their paper/s personally in the sectional sessions or estimate that the threshed out matters of the paper could be presented graphically. In order to be achieved greater clearness of the poster presentation, it is recommended the poster paper to consist of three parts, prepared in the following sequence:
- Considered matters;
- Illustration materials (graphics, pictures etc.);
- Conclusion.
In “Considered matters” it is necessary to point the main tasks, which are solved in the paper.
In “Illustration materials” to be included diagrams, tables, pictures etc., which have to be clear, easily read and comprehensible.
The poster paper has to be prepared in MS WORD’97 or newer version or MS POWERPOINT’97 or newer version in format A1. Font sizes are described further on this instruction. The poster has to be sent to the Organizing committee converted in .PDF format.
If there are problems with the described poster preparation, it has to be made in WORD’97 or newer version or MS POWERPOINT’97 in 6 pages, format A4. Font sizes are described further on this instruction The logo of the conference, the title of the paper, the names of the authors and the beginning of part “Considered matters” have to be placed in the up/left corner.
The “Conclusion” has to be placed in the right/down corner.
The “Text part” of the poster has to be written in one of the official languages of the conference.

It is desirable the title of the poster paper, written in the language of the paper, and also the title of each of the three parts of the paper to be printed in red, and the text in black. If it is possible the illustration materials to be printed multicolored.
