1.The forum is to science develop of doctors, post-graduate students, masters, as well as entrepreneurs to 35 years old, of university of Bulgaria and other countries, are welcomed to participate in the conference.
2. Electronic copy send by e-mail should be submitted to ang@tu-sofia.bg.
3.  All papers sent before the deadline and fulfilling the scientific field and typescript formation conditions will be published after being reviewed by the international committee in Knoweledge Society, published by Scientific-technical union of Mechanical Engineering - ISSN 1313-4787. The best paper will be published free in the International virtual journal “Machines, technology and instruments”. Other papers also can be published in the International virtual journal “Machines, technology and instruments” if authors pay additional fee.
 4. The full text of the typescript formation requirements will be sent in the second announcement, attached in a “doc” and “pdf” file, after receipt of the application forms.
5. Each author can participate with a maximum of two papers, whether alone or as a co-author.
6. Presentation and discussion of a paper is 15 minutes. The necessary technical equipment is available on request.
7. Working languages: Bulgarian, English and Russian.
8. The participation fee is half sponsored by NTSM for 35 years old, and the price is 35 Euro. For the rest tax is 100 Euro. The fee must be remitted by July 3, 2009 by bank transfer to the account of the NTSM (Scientific union - Machine building): ProKredit Bank; IBAN: BG 70PRCB92301007790819; BIC: PRCBBGSF, address Bulgaria 1000 Sofia, Rakovski 151 str.; for NTSM (IYC, 2009). After that the tax is 10 Euro more.
9. The Conference registration fee includes:
- A Copy of Conference Proceedings (Proceedings of Papers and CD version);
- Party to open the conference;
- Café breaks;

- Cultural event.
